Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Engineering, Architectural Technology or equivalent with 10 years of experience in BIM, Revit, CAD, Civil 3D, Open Roads or Inroads or equivalent .

BIM software Ability to perform Data Shortcuts and setting up templates BIM Tasks add family editing, expanded modelling skills, understanding of BIM Workflows and project setup .

CAD Tasks include CAD content editing, style editing, 3D modelling from base CAD / Vertical application .

Proficient with Civil 3D modelling, including corridors grading, Alignments, Profiles, Earthwork Calculations and Surface creation .

Ability to define Clarity tasks for project Experience with CAD file integration into a project Adhere to project execution plans and workflow criteria .

Requirment :
Extremely organized, detail-oriented self-starter that can manage multiple projects and overlapping deadlines .
Expertise to effectively utilize with contemporary architectural design software, including Revit & AutoCAD Architecture (BIM management preferred) .
Thorough knowledge of architectural building systems with the ability to create technical drawings and 3D models in accordance to standard construction techniques and principles .
Proven track record working with internal design teams and/or agencies to elevate the quality, creativity and deliverables developed .
Team player with collaboration and communication skills who can also work autonomously .
Can do” personality that thrives in a deadline driven and rapidly changing environment .
Demonstrate quality and thoroughness in all aspects of work performed .
